Administration Supervisor (40 hrs/week)

About the role

The Administration Supervisor supports the Store Manager in overseeing stock take, store administration and risk‑management processes. This role ensures accurate reporting, cash handling and a safe, customer‑focused retail environment at Totalsports Centurion.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with stock take and daily store administration.
• Monitor and analyse stock movement, implementing procedures to reduce shrinkage.
• Extract and present store reports on turnover and stock performance.
• Maintain filing systems and ensure compliance with all administrative and reporting procedures.
• Control cash and transactional activities, ensuring processes are followed.
• Process customer transactions using the POS system and promote loyalty programmes.
• Identify customer needs through professional engagement and improve the overall experience.
• Uphold store safety, security and visual merchandising standards.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales targets and store objectives.

Required profile

• Grade 12 qualification.
• Minimum three years retail or administration experience.
• Interest in fashion and strong customer‑service orientation.
• Good administrative ability and ability to work under pressure.
• Professional communication skills and ability to plan and organise.
• Availability to work shifts and handle cash‑related responsibilities.
• Independent operator with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to take initiative and adapt to fast‑paced retail environment.
