About the role
The Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment is seeking a permanent Level 5 Administration Clerk to provide clerical support for its Forest Enterprise Development unit in Pretoria.
Key responsibilities
- Render general clerical support and maintain filing and registers.
- Obtain quotations and complete procurement forms.
- Maintain asset, leave and attendance registers.
- Arrange travel and accommodation.
- Capture expenditure and verify S&T claims.
Required profile
- Grade 12 or equivalent recognised by SAQA.
- Office administration exposure is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Public Service Regulations, PFMA and procurement.
- Computer and communication skills.
