About the role
The Admin Clerk will support the Depot Manager in Cape Town, handling a range of administrative tasks for Pro Parcel operations. This role involves interacting with clients, clearing agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics processes.
Key responsibilities
- Capture waybills and manifests accurately.
- Liaise with clients and clearing agents on import/export documentation.
- Follow up daily with customers regarding proof of delivery, payments, and outstanding documents.
- Handle customer queries and maintain proper documentation housekeeping.
Required profile
- South African citizen with a Grade 12 certificate.
- 2‑3 years of experience as an admin clerk and in customer service.
- Ability to work under pressure, strong attention to detail, and high integrity.
- Willingness to work overtime.
Required skills
- Computer literate, preferably with SAP experience.
- Familiarity with Parcel Perfect software is a distinct advantage.
