Additional Site Supervisor – Temporary Employment Services (Cape Town)

About the role

Indgro Outsourcing (Pty) Ltd, trading as Indgro Multi Services Group™, is seeking an experienced Additional Site Supervisor to join its team in the Western Cape. The role involves overseeing daily site operations, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure contracted sites operate in line with Service Level Agreements, covering service delivery, staffing levels, disciplinary matters, and payroll.
• Balance operational efficiency with financial profitability according to contractual measurables.
• Administer contracts and manage allocated sites.
• Report on headcount, CSI, discipline per site, and client dashboards.
• Manage equipment, consumables, and health & safety, including injury reporting.
• Drive business growth and ensure legal compliance.
• Evaluate service delivery performance.

Required profile

• Grade 12 and a Diploma or relevant tertiary qualification.
• Minimum three years’ experience in warehousing and logistics.
• Code 8 driver’s licence with reliable transport.
• Experience in the Temporary Employment Services industry.
• Strong sense of urgency, results‑driven attitude and acute attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of legislation related to TES and functional outsourcing within a manufacturing environment.
