Actuarial Analyst - CEO Office

About the role

The Actuarial Analyst will work directly within the CEO Office, supporting the Executive Associate and senior leaders on strategic initiatives. This high‑impact position combines rigorous analytical work with executive‑level advisory and operational support.

Key responsibilities

• Generate data‑driven insights and scenario analyses for Exco discussions and prepare executive briefs, board papers, and presentations.
• Develop dashboards, insight packs and ensure actuarial models are accurate, up‑to‑date and compliant with professional standards.
• Analyse trends across claims, underwriting, growth and retention, identifying improvement opportunities and providing market and risk insights.
• Lead or assist cross‑functional projects such as product development, digital transformation and pricing system upgrades, tracking milestones and risks.
• Liaise with actuarial, data science, underwriting, finance and risk teams to facilitate communication between the Executive Associate, the executive committee and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong analytical capability with sound business judgement.
• Ability to work at the centre of executive decision‑making and support senior leaders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing executive‑level documents.
