About the role
We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join a motor dealership in Boksburg. The role involves managing day‑to‑day financial operations, supporting cash flow, and ensuring accurate reporting across the dealership’s various functions.
Key responsibilities
- Perform bank reconciliations and allocate accounts.
- Receipt processing, debtor allocation and reporting.
- Cash‑flow forecasting and FIC reporting.
- Allocate cash sheets and manage petty cash and banking cash.
- Assist with accounts payable and vehicle administration tasks.
- Maintain general ledger reconciliations.
- Coordinate uniform fittings, ordering and processing.
- Process floorplan payments and DIC transactions.
- Control ordering books and perform other ad‑hoc administrative duties as required.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively and work independently.
- Capable of performing under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Team‑player attitude with good communication skills.
- Experience in a motor dealership environment is preferred.

- Advanced Microsoft Excel
