Accountant – Centurion (R30k-35k CTC)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Accountant to join our team in Centurion. The role involves managing accounting records, ensuring tax compliance and handling queries with SARS. The successful candidate will work with a range of accounting software to deliver accurate financial information.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial statements and records using Sage Evolution and Sage Accounting.
• Manage tax filings and resolve SARS queries, including e‑filing submissions.
• Utilise Caseware or Draftworx for audit and reporting tasks.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail across all accounting activities.
• Prioritise and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting or Finance with completed articles.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an auditing or accounting practice.
• Proven ability to handle tax matters and SARS queries.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
