Account Manager – Enterprise Customer Relationships

About the role

The Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing and growing relationships with large enterprise customers. Acting as the primary point of contact, you will align our products and solutions with client needs to defend and expand the existing portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end customer relationship management for assigned key accounts.
• Identify customer requirements and propose value‑adding solutions to increase revenue.
• Develop and maintain accurate sales plans, account development plans and pipeline forecasts.
• Drive prospect qualification, opportunity management and closure of sales deals.
• Handle escalated customer issues, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Support finance in recovering overdue payments and ensure correct product delivery.
• Prepare regular performance reports, sales analysis and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of account management experience (or 5 years for senior level) in sales and service within the telecommunications sector.
• Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
