Account Manager – Enterprise Customer Relationships

About the role

The Account Manager will own and grow relationships with large enterprise customers, ensuring our solutions meet their business needs. You will act as the primary liaison between key accounts and internal teams, driving revenue growth while protecting the existing customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with assigned key accounts.
• Identify customer needs and propose value‑adding solutions to deepen engagement.
• Create and execute account development plans, sales pipelines and opportunity management processes.
• Own escalated customer issues, coordinate resolution with relevant stakeholders, and support finance in recovering overdue payments.
• Ensure timely delivery of products and services aligned with customer objectives.
• Prepare regular performance reports, sales analysis, and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive seamless proactive and reactive engagements.

Required profile

• 3‑year Sales, Technical or Business Diploma/Degree (SAQA accredited) – minimum.
• Post‑graduate degree is an advantage.
• At least 3 years of experience as an Account Manager (or 5 years in a related sales role).
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage complex customer relationships.
