Account Manager – Corporate Training & Project Management

About the role

The Institute of Project Management (IPM) is looking for an Account Manager to nurture and expand relationships with its corporate clients. You will be responsible for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring the successful delivery of project‑management training and certification programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow corporate accounts valued between €100K and €500K.
• Build strong relationships with HR, L&D and senior leadership stakeholders.
• Oversee the delivery of training and certification programmes to ensure client satisfaction.
• Drive renewals, upsells and identify opportunities for account expansion.
• Maintain regular client engagement and monitor satisfaction levels.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of B2B account management experience.
• Proven track record managing large enterprise accounts (€100K–€500K).
• Strong relationship‑building and communication abilities.
• Project‑management experience is essential.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Preferred experience in corporate training, professional education, SaaS or consulting.
