Account Developer – Sales (Horeca)

About the role

Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is seeking an Account Developer for the Horeca channel to join its sales team in Johannesburg. This role offers hands‑on territory ownership, frontline execution and the chance to drive growth for one of Africa’s most loved brands.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver sales targets and grow market share in the assigned territory.
• Build trust and long‑term value with customers across outlets.
• Execute trade marketing and promotional activities to CCBSA standards.
• Use digital sales tools to track performance, manage orders, and drive visibility.
• Collect market insights and spot opportunities for new business.
• Own equipment placement, stock rotation, and compliance in line with company policies.
• Champion CCBSA’s purpose – uplifting communities while driving growth.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing or Business.
• Strong commercial orientation and numeric literacy.
• Proficient in English (additional languages advantageous).
• Evidence of drive, resilience and initiative through projects, part‑time jobs or leadership experience.
• Alignment with CCBSA values and a customer‑centric mindset.
