Account Developer – Sales Growth Role

About the role

The Account Developer will join the Coca‑Cola Beverages South Africa sales team, managing a defined territory and driving growth of our ready‑to‑drink beverage portfolio. This position offers a clear career path toward senior sales leadership, combining hands‑on customer interaction with structured learning and digital tools.

Key responsibilities

• Own a sales territory and develop relationships with existing and new customers.
• Execute frontline sales activities, including product promotion, order taking and merchandising.
• Monitor customer performance, identify growth opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure product availability and optimal service.
• Report on market trends and provide feedback to the regional sales management.
