Account Developer

About the role

Coca-Cola Beverages Africa is seeking an enthusiastic Account Developer to join its sales team in South Africa. You will own a defined territory, work directly with customers, and contribute to the growth of one of Africa's most beloved brands. The role offers structured learning, digital tools, and a clear path toward future sales leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver sales targets and increase market share within the assigned territory.
• Build long‑term relationships with customers across retail outlets.
• Execute trade‑marketing and promotional activities to company standards.
• Utilise digital sales tools to track performance, manage orders and enhance visibility.
• Collect market insights and identify opportunities for new business.
• Ensure proper equipment placement, stock rotation and compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or equivalent experience in sales, marketing or business.
• Strong commercial orientation with good numeric literacy.
• Evidence of drive, resilience and initiative through projects, part‑time jobs or leadership roles.
• Customer‑centric mindset aligned with CCBA values.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
