About the role

This 12‑month learnership at OUTsurance in Centurion offers unemployed youth a structured pathway into the financial and insurance sector. As a Telesales Learner you will be the first point of contact for clients who have requested a quote or need assistance, helping them understand their needs and presenting OUTsurance as the ideal insurance provider.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with clients who have shown interest in OUTsurance products.
• Provide accurate quotes and assist customers with insurance queries.
• Highlight advantages and benefits of choosing OUTsurance.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross‑sell relevant products.
• Make modifications and updates to current client policies as required.
