12-Month ICT Internship – ERP & Payroll Systems

About the role

CCG Systems, a South African ICT specialist in ERP, payroll and HR solutions for municipalities, is offering a 12‑month internship at its Head Office in Waterfall, Midrand. The placement is designed to give recent graduates practical experience in the ICT sector, exposure to diverse projects and a solid understanding of business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support across the department.
• Assist on complex and diverse projects, contributing to delivery milestones.
• Prepare weekly project status reports and highlight any issues or risks.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of all business processes related to ERP and payroll systems.

Required profile

• Diploma in Financial Accounting.
• Successful credit and criminal background checks.
• South African citizenship, residency, or a valid work permit.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Sage accounting software (nice to have).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• General computer literacy.
