Zone Quality Director

About the role

The Zone Quality Director leads the end‑to‑end quality agenda across the Africa Zone, covering internal and external quality. This role ensures world‑class quality standards throughout the value chain, from raw materials to consumer experience, safeguarding brand reputation and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Africa Zone Quality Strategy aligned with global standards and business objectives.
• Lead internal quality management across breweries, ensuring compliance with global quality systems and driving process excellence.
• Oversee external quality governance, including supplier, co‑manufacturer, distributor and customer quality programs.
• Define and implement the Zone Supplier Quality Assurance strategy, managing risk, audits and corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma and digitalization of quality systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Brewing Science, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management or related field; Master's (MBA or technical) preferred.
• Proven senior leadership experience in quality management within a large, multi‑site manufacturing environment.
