About the role
Transnet Engineering invites recently qualified South African graduates to join its two‑year Young Professional‑in‑Training Graduate Programme. The 24‑month programme provides structured workplace experience across various departments such as Human Resources, Finance, Quality Management, Security & Forensics, Supply Chain Management and Business Management.
Key responsibilities
- Complete assigned tasks within the respective department and assist with projects.
- Shadow experienced staff, attend meetings, workshops and learning activities.
- Provide administrative and research assistance and respond to supplier and customer queries.
Required profile
- South African citizenship, aged 18‑35.
- National Diploma (NQF 6) or relevant BCom/degree in the chosen field.
- Up to one year of relevant experience.
Required skills
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
