Workday Consultant

About the role

The Workday Consultant will support the implementation, configuration, optimisation and ongoing management of Workday solutions for international clients. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to translate business requirements into effective system configurations and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, maintain and optimise Workday solutions based on business requirements.
• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into practical system solutions.
• Support Workday implementations, testing and deployment activities.
• Analyse existing processes and recommend system and process improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Workday system and configuration issues.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards.
• Assist with system upgrades, enhancements and new functionality.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Workday Consultant, Analyst or similar role.
• Strong hands‑on experience with the Workday platform and at least one module (e.g., HCM, Recruiting, Payroll).
• Proven ability to gather business requirements and deliver system solutions.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Experience working in a client‑facing consulting environment.
