White Collar Recruitment Consultant – Remote (South Africa)

About the role

You will join a high‑performing team that places lawyers in high‑value roles, working alongside billers generating $500k‑$1m. The position follows UK business hours (10 AM‑8:15 PM), which is 1‑2 hours later in South Africa, and is fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct phone outreach (approximately 3.75 hours daily) to prospective candidates and clients.
• Perform research and outreach activities (about 5 hours daily) to build pipelines of qualified lawyers.
• Participate in daily training sessions and meetings (1 hour daily) to sharpen recruitment techniques.
• Recruit lawyers for placements ranging up to $100,000 per deal.
• Maintain and leverage a world‑class dataset of lawyers to support sourcing.
• Collaborate with senior billers and contribute to a high‑volume, high‑revenue environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in white‑collar recruitment, preferably within the legal sector.
• High level of drive and ability to work long hours covering partial USA hours.

What we offer

• Base salary of ZAR 35,000‑40,000 per month.
• 10% commission on deals ranging from $25,000 to $100,000.
