Web Content Specialist – Shopify E‑commerce Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Web Content Specialist to manage and enhance our Shopify storefront. In this high‑trust operational role you will ensure product pages, collections, navigation and storefront presentation are accurate, polished and scalable, supporting the rapid growth of our luxury wellness brand.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit and publish product listings, collections, metafields and smart filters on Shopify.
• Maintain and optimise Shopify menu and navigation structure.
• Perform theme edits in a staging environment, run quality assurance and deploy changes without disrupting the live store.
• Publish blog posts and apply basic on‑page SEO best practices.
• Execute bulk imports and exports using Matrixify or similar tools.
• Configure and manage Shopify app ecosystem workflows (e.g., Okendo, Cin7, Smart Filter).
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to streamline content creation and operational processes.
• Prepare images and ensure consistent storefront presentation.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Shopify, including collections, metafields and smart filters.
• Proven ability to work with staging themes and perform clean deployments.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for operational excellence.
• Comfortable using AI assistants daily to improve throughput.
• Excellent written English.
