Transmission Analyst – Transaction Monitoring

About the role

The Transmission Analyst ensures the smooth and reliable flow of transactions across internal systems and partner networks. You will monitor transaction activity, analyse system logs, and evaluate partner performance to detect irregularities and maintain optimal operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor end‑to‑end transaction flows across multiple systems and partner integrations.
• Analyse transactional logs to identify errors, alerts, performance degradation, and data inconsistencies.
• Evaluate partner behaviour to detect anomalies, delays, or patterns affecting performance.
• Use monitoring tools such as Grafana, Kibana, and internal dashboards to track metrics in real time.
• Investigate and escalate incidents to operational and technical teams, ensuring timely resolution.
• Manage communications through email and ticketing systems, providing professional updates to stakeholders and partners.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, Engineering, and Support teams to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Prepare and distribute reports on transaction activity, partner performance, issue trends, and resolutions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of incidents, root‑cause analyses, and corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum years of experience in transaction monitoring, payments operations, or system analysis, preferably in financial services, fintech, or remittance.
• Proven experience in log analysis, data monitoring, and performance reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
