About the role

Luxity, South Africa’s market leader in pre‑owned luxury goods, is expanding its Cape Town Waterfront store. We are looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to deliver an exceptional boutique experience to our discerning customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable luxury items.
• Process sales transactions using the POS system and handle payments accurately.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and secure store environment.
• Adhere to all company policies, security standards, and visual merchandising guidelines.

Required profile

• Matric (high school) qualification.
• Neat and stylish appearance suitable for a luxury retail setting.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Required skills

• Experience in high‑end boutique sales.
• Proficiency with POS (point‑of‑sale) systems.

What we offer

• Basic salary of R10,000 per month plus commission.
