Warehouse & Logistics Manager (Exports)

About the role

Montego Pet Nutrition is seeking an Export Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead the end‑to‑end export fulfilment process. You will ensure that every shipment leaves the warehouse accurately packed, fully documented, and compliant with international regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage export picking, packing, and container loading schedules.
• Verify correct products, quantities, batches and configurations for each load.
• Handle export‑specific labelling for multiple markets and coordinate container bookings, VGM, seal controls and dispatch readiness.
• Maintain real‑time ERP data for export stock movements and dispatch activities.
• Manage export inventory using FIFO and FEFO principles, oversee bonded and quarantine stock, and conduct regular quality inspections.
• Lead cycle counts, investigate stock variances and ensure batch traceability in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Support demand planning with accurate inventory data and proactively identify shortages or shelf‑life risks.
• Ensure compliance with international regulatory, veterinary and phytosanitary requirements and prepare export documentation for audits.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies quickly.
• Experience in export logistics, container loading and international shipping compliance.
• Knowledge of FIFO, FEFO and VGM requirements.
• Proven ability to maintain accurate ERP records and support audit readiness.
