About the role
We are partnering with a leading professional services firm to expand its Transactions Tax team in London. The role offers exposure to high‑profile international transactions, working alongside globally connected tax specialists and deal advisers.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering world‑class service.
- Support business development and contribute to winning new work.
- Lead and manage tax projects with a commercially focused approach.
- Deliver high‑quality technical tax advice across transactions.
- Mentor and develop junior team members.
- Contribute to team strategy, operations, and growth initiatives.
- Build strong internal and external professional networks.
Required profile
- Expertise in restructuring tax.
- ACA, ATT, CTA, TA(SA) or international equivalent, or a law qualification.
- University degree.
- Willingness to relocate internationally.
