About the role
Sasol is seeking two Training Coordinators to support people living with a disability. The role focuses on identifying learning needs, designing and delivering training programmes, and ensuring compliance with L&D protocols across the Secunda site.
Key responsibilities
- Identify basic learning and development needs within assigned areas.
- Support the design, scheduling and delivery of training programmes.
- Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and documenting feedback for improvement.
- Coordinate programme logistics, participant enrollment and maintain training schedules.
- Provide administrative support to trainers and ensure compliance with L&D protocols.
Required profile
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in learning and development or training coordination.
- Strong advocacy for people with disabilities.
- Ability to optimise work processes and manage complexity.
- Digital integration and literacy skills.
- Experience in learning administration, planning and alignment.
- Business acumen, tech‑savvy and accountability.
