Test Analyst – Manual Testing (Investment Administration)

About the role

Data Monkey is looking for a Test Analyst with solid experience in Investment Administration and Investor Services. You will own end‑to‑end manual testing across the Software Testing Life Cycle, working in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment to ensure high‑quality releases for the Siyaphambili project.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business and technical requirements to define test scope, acceptance criteria and coverage.
• Design, execute and maintain manual test cases with full traceability.
• Log defects, manage regression testing and prepare clear test evidence.
• Produce execution reports and maintain reusable regression packs.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with developers, BAs, product owners and data teams.
• Validate test coverage against approved requirements and QA governance standards.

Required profile

• Strong functional manual testing capability.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Good understanding of QA processes and governance.
• Effective collaboration and communication with cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to work within both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
