Temporary Production Operator – Manufacturing

About the role

Join PepsiCo’s fast‑paced manufacturing environment as a Temporary Production Operator. You will support daily operations by handling goods, preparing orders, and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload goods and materials safely and efficiently.
• Pick and prepare orders for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including housekeeping tasks.
• Rotate stock to ensure freshness and compliance with quality standards.
• Perform quality control checks as required.
• Carry out additional duties based on operational needs.

Required profile

• Minimum NQF 4 or Grade 12 (or equivalent).
• 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Ability to work quickly, accurately, and safely.
• Willingness to work shifts, overtime and public holidays.
• Strong team‑working ethic in a fast‑moving environment.
