Telesales Consultant – Motor Industry

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Telesales Consultant to join our fast‑moving team in the motor‑industry sector. You will be the voice of the company, turning inbound leads and outbound calls into sales while building lasting customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell warranty, booster, service, maintenance, tyre & rim cover, deposit cover and paint protection products.
• Make outbound calls, follow up on leads and achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Cross‑sell additional products and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Provide excellent telephone etiquette and customer service throughout the sales process.

Required profile

• Confident communicator with a positive, target‑driven mindset.
• Team player able to handle pressure and work shifts, including weekends.
• Clear criminal and credit record, Grade 12 / Matric qualification.
• Reliable transport and basic computer literacy.
