Technology Talent & Resource Manager

About the role

Bluegrass Digital is looking for an experienced Technology Talent & Resource Manager to lead its talent acquisition and resource management function. The role blends technology recruitment, contractor management, client engagement and commercial administration to support staff‑augmentation and managed‑services engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and place technology professionals across software engineering, cloud, QA, product and delivery teams.
• Build and maintain a strong network of contractors and permanent talent.
• Manage staff‑augmentation and contractor engagements from onboarding through renewal.
• Support resource planning and allocation across projects and client accounts.
• Develop and nurture relationships with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders.
• Administer Statements of Work, contracts, renewals and related commercial documentation.
• Provide salary benchmarking, market intelligence and hiring advice.
• Assist business development initiatives, proposals and growth opportunities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in technology recruitment, staffing or talent acquisition.
• Proven track record recruiting within software development, digital product engineering or technology consulting environments.
• Experience managing contractors, staff‑augmentation and professional services delivery models.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially minded, organized and highly driven.
