Technical Trainer for Mining Solutions

About the role

Hexagon Autonomous Solutions is looking for a skilled Trainer to develop and deliver training programmes for its mining software solutions. You will work both on‑site at customer mines and online, helping operators, engineers and technicians master the company's portfolio of safety and fleet‑management products.

Key responsibilities

• Assess training needs and design engaging instructional materials for in‑person and virtual sessions.
• Deliver training to operators, mine controllers, maintenance personnel and other stakeholders.
• Update product documentation for new releases and standardise internal onboarding for technicians and project engineers.
• Conduct system audits, analyse production performance and provide recommendations for operational improvements.
• Support pre‑sales activities, including configuration testing, field trials and technical assistance for sales proposals.
• Troubleshoot high‑level system issues and ensure customer issues are resolved.
• Prepare scoping, requirements documentation and performance reports for deployed solutions.

Required profile

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Subject‑matter expertise in Hexagon Mining operational systems.

• Customer‑focused mindset with experience in consulting or technical support.
