About the role

We are a leading Trust & Investment Management firm in the southern suburbs of Cape Town seeking a senior Tax & Accounting Services Manager. The role focuses on trust and individual tax compliance for high‑net‑worth clients and offers the opportunity to influence the company’s tax strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the tax and accounting services team, ensuring compliance and effective risk management.
• Manage high‑net‑worth client portfolios with complex tax matters.
• Oversee third‑party service providers and internal processes related to tax compliance.
• Support advisory and fiduciary teams with technical tax queries and new business initiatives.
• Train and develop team members on statutory and regulatory changes.

Required profile

• 8+ years’ experience managing a client‑focused tax practice.
• BCom or BCom Honours in Accounting/Taxation.
• Registered Tax Advisor/Practitioner with a clean professional record.

Required skills

• Strong MS Excel proficiency.
• Experience with tax software applications.
