Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

Sabio Group is looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple regions. You will partner closely with hiring managers to deliver a best‑in‑class hiring experience, shape sourcing strategies, and build strong talent pipelines that support the company’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain talent pipelines across various functions and geographies.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking and direct outreach.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing to offer management.
• Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interview processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, departmental KPIs and upcoming projects.
• Provide advisory support on hiring strategies, market insights and talent availability.
• Track, analyse and report recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑hire and source of hire.
• Use data‑driven insights to continuously improve recruitment processes.
