Talent Acquisition Advisor - Bulk

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Advisor will partner with People Partners and business leaders to understand workforce needs and design effective recruitment strategies. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring high‑quality talent for lower and middle‑level positions, ensuring service levels and timelines are met.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse job requirements, source candidates via databases and social media, and manage the full recruitment cycle.
• Build strong relationships with internal clients, delivering professional recruitment services.
• Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain and update HR documents, databases and departmental systems.
• Verify HR data accuracy and enter information into HRIS following procedures.
• Support future talent initiatives, including graduate and school‑leaver campaigns.
• Contribute to recruitment campaign design, channel selection and communication content.
• Assist with simple policy‑related tasks and follow established procedures.
• Develop personal capabilities through training, coaching and industry research.

Required profile

• Grade 12/SAQA accredited equivalent (essential).
• Degree or diploma in Human Resource Management or related field (advantageous).
• Minimum 3 years experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (essential).
• Experience in the financial services sector is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using HR information systems (HRIS).
• Ability to source candidates via social media platforms.
