Supply Chain & Customer Operations Coordinator

About the role

The role is focused on end‑to‑end order fulfilment and customer experience for a fast‑growing e‑commerce driven business unit within a tissue and hygiene products manufacturer. You will own the complete order lifecycle, coordinate supply‑chain activities and ensure a seamless service for B2B, retail and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full order process from placement through delivery, ensuring accuracy and SLA compliance.
• Monitor e‑commerce orders, portals and direct sales, proactively resolving any fulfilment issues.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for customers, handling communications, status updates and escalations.
• Coordinate procurement and replenishment, maintain inventory levels and support stock counts and audits.
• Assist with demand forecasting, production scheduling and capacity balancing.
• Manage courier and 3PL partners, track deliveries and investigate any service incidents.
• Identify service gaps, develop process improvements and build operational dashboards and KPI reports.
