About the role
This role involves overseeing the entire order process from receiving to dispatch while managing a team in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring smooth flow of goods. The position requires a proactive approach to managing the flow of goods, ensuring that each stage of the order lifecycle is executed efficiently and that the team meets performance targets.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise all stock operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch, and conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels and prevent discrepancies.
- Monitor and report on staff performance metrics, analysing data to drive efficiency and productivity across the operation.
