About the role
We are seeking a Store Manager for the American Swiss brand at Mountain Mill in Worcester. The role involves driving turnover, controlling expenses, and leading the store team to deliver excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Drive turnover to achieve sales targets and meet company revenue goals.
- Control store expenses and manage stock losses, ensuring shrinkage stays within company standards.
- Lead people management, covering recruitment, staff development, employee relations, and performance management.
- Execute the in‑store merchandising strategy and uphold visual standards.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering the customer service strategy and meeting customer demands.
Required profile
- Matric certificate.
- Minimum 3 years retail experience, including at least 1 year in a store leadership role.
