About the role
Join the Kumo organization within Amazon Web Services and help build the next generation of communication tools that connect AWS customers with Support Engineers. You will work on cloud‑native services that enable seamless, reliable interactions across the globe.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain services that expand communication channels for AWS Support.
- Implement solutions using AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, and related cloud technologies.
- Operate a multi‑region, redundant environment with automated CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor and diagnose system health using CloudWatch and other AWS observability tools.
- Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams to improve user experience.
Required profile
- Software engineer with experience building scalable, cloud‑native applications.
- Comfortable working in a globally distributed, agile team.
- Strong focus on delivering value and maintaining high reliability.
