About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Social Media Manager to own the performance of multiple client accounts, delivering high‑impact short‑form video content for US realtors.

Key responsibilities

Own the results for a group of client accounts, including views, followers and potential clients.
Achieve targets of 10,000 views per video and 10 potential clients per month.
Work remotely full‑time, following Cyprus hours (12 pm‑8 pm, Monday‑Friday).
Monitor analytics daily and continuously test new ideas and formats.
Provide regular feedback to the team and ensure client satisfaction.
