Key responsibilities

• Full on‑site management of residential developments

• Monitor project progress, quality, and programme timelines
• Ensure health & safety compliance on site
• Conduct regular site meetings and produce progress reports
• Manage daily operations and resolve on‑site issues promptly

Required profile

• Proven experience managing residential building projects
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Valid driver’s licence
