Shopify/E‑Commerce Assistant

About the role

TalentPop App is seeking a remote Shopify/E‑Commerce Assistant to keep our online storefront running smoothly. You will be responsible for polishing product listings, managing inventory, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize product descriptions across all Shopify listings for clarity and conversion.
• Conduct regular website reviews to identify and correct errors or outdated information.
• Monitor and manage product inventory levels to prevent stock issues.
• Respond to customer reviews on Shopify to maintain brand trust.
• Update visual content such as banners, landing pages, and product photos.
• Liaise with vendors to coordinate inventory, place purchase orders, and track fulfillment.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in an e‑commerce or Shopify‑related role.
• Highly organized, self‑sufficient, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Shopify.
