About the role

The Service Centre Administrator will support daily customer interactions at the Festival Mall store, contributing to sales performance, product knowledge and store presentation. This entry‑level, full‑time role is ideal for candidates with a customer‑service mindset and 1‑2 years of retail experience.

Key responsibilities
