Senior System Administrator – ConnectWise & Automation

About the role

Netsurit is looking for a senior internal systems administrator to manage, optimise and support its full suite of business and operational tools. The role is fully remote and focuses on ensuring seamless communication between platforms, building custom integrations and automating routine processes.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and optimise core platforms such as ConnectWise PSA & RMM, CloudRadial, HubSpot, QuickBooks, Scalepad, TimeZest and SmileBack.
• Oversee Microsoft CSP billing and reconcile data across Microsoft, PSA and accounting systems.
• Design, build and maintain native or custom API/webhook integrations between all business systems.
• Use automation platforms (e.g., n8n) to eliminate manual data entry and streamline workflows.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell, Python or similar scripts for routine administrative tasks.
• Configure ConnectWise service boards, SLAs, ticket routing, agreements and billing structures.
• Act as primary technical contact for vendor support and system upgrades.

Required profile

• Proven experience administering ConnectWise PSA and RMM in an MSP environment.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into automated solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with API development, webhook integration and workflow automation tools.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
