Senior Salesforce Developer – Consulting

About the role

Deloitte is seeking an experienced Salesforce Senior Developer to join its consulting team. You will design and deliver complex, enterprise‑level Salesforce solutions for a variety of clients, while mentoring junior developers and ensuring technical excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Build integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware.
• Create custom Lightning components and pages for intuitive user experiences.
• Write automated test classes and apply continuous integration practices.
• Design and implement automation with Flows, Process Builder, and Apex triggers.
• Lead technical design discussions, translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Perform code reviews, maintain high code quality, and debug complex issues.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to practice development.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce integration patterns.
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions and mentor team members.
