Senior Safari Sales Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Safari Sales Consultant who lives and breathes Africa. The role is remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in South Africa while delivering bespoke luxury safari experiences to international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with FIT (Fully Independent Traveller) clients to design and coordinate personalised safari itineraries across Southern and East Africa.
• Manage the full sales cycle—from initial enquiry and discovery calls to closing high‑value bookings and ensuring flawless execution of every travel detail.
• Build and nurture relationships with discerning, high‑net‑worth travellers, providing expert destination advice and exceptional service.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of direct FIT safari sales experience with a proven record of selling luxury safari packages.
• Extensive personal travel experience in key Southern and East African wildlife destinations.
• Strong commercial instincts, ability to meet sales targets and create complex, tailor‑made itineraries.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, confident engagement with high‑value clients.
• Self‑motivated, highly organised, able to work independently with initiative and accountability.
