Senior Finance Manager – Healthcare Sector

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑minded Senior Finance Manager to lead the finance function for a fast‑growing multinational business operating in the healthcare sector. The role combines hands‑on finance operations with strategic business partnering across multiple global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead finance operations, including transactional finance and payroll.
• Own the month‑end close process, preparing journals, accruals and balance‑sheet reviews.
• Prepare management accounts, board reports and financial commentary.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and operational cost control.
• Partner with business leaders to review performance and drive efficiencies.
• Strengthen internal controls and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Oversee audits, tax compliance and regulatory reporting.
• Identify cost‑efficiency opportunities and improve profitability.

Required profile

• Qualified CA(SA) with at least 3 years post‑qualification experience in operational or commercial finance.
• Proven experience in a fast‑paced, multinational environment.
• Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.
