Senior Commercial Director – KSA, Bahrain & Kuwait

About the role

The Senior Commercial Director will shape and execute a 3‑5 year commercial strategy for Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Kuwait, driving growth for Hilton’s expanding hotel portfolio. This senior leader will partner with regional executives to build value propositions, investment cases and commercial foundations across sales, marketing, distribution and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and communicate medium‑ and long‑term commercial strategies for the three markets.
• Partner with the VP Commercial Services and VP Operations to align business cases and stakeholder expectations.
• Lead, coach and develop the Commercial Director, ensuring tactical execution of commercial plans.
• Support new hotel openings by leveraging Hilton’s commercial engine (RMCC, HWS, shared sales offices, marketing, F&B, HRCC).
• Negotiate with third‑party partners and suppliers, and collaborate cross‑functionally with Revenue, Sales, Marketing, eCommerce and Finance teams.
• Drive integrated commercial actions to maximize RevPAR and market share.
• Assess organisational design, budget needs, talent capabilities and performance enablers.

Required profile

• Proven senior commercial leadership experience in the hospitality or related sector.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical rigor and ability to solve complex business challenges.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders, ownership groups and cross‑functional teams.
• Track record of hiring, developing and mentoring high‑potential talent.
• Ability to align commercial initiatives with corporate strategic priorities.
