Senior Change Manager – SuccessFactors EC & ECP

About the role

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Change Manager to lead change management for the implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP). This pivotal role will drive HR transformation, support successful adoption, and ensure alignment across people, processes, and systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage change initiatives for the implementation of SuccessFactors EC and ECP, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Strictly adhere to the established Change Methodology, Framework, Governance, and tools.
• Report directly to the ECS Head, providing strategic and operational oversight for change management activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure the successful integration of EC and ECP into existing HR processes.
• Build and enhance the Enterprise Change Services (ECS) capability through effective project execution and knowledge sharing.
• Act as a change advocate, driving adoption and minimizing resistance across the organization.
• Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, including stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, and training programs.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing change initiatives related to SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Prosci Change Management Certification or equivalent (mandatory).
• Strong strategic and operational capabilities with ability to manage complex projects and deliver results.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in Cape Town and available for on‑site work as required.
