Senior Back End Developer – C#/.NET & SQL Server

About the role

We are seeking a senior back‑end developer to join a high‑performing engineering team building scalable enterprise applications. The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining robust services using C#/.NET technologies and SQL Server.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise‑grade software using C#.NET Core, WCF and Web API.
• Build and optimise high‑performance backend services and APIs.
• Write clean, maintainable code following SOLID and clean‑code principles.
• Design and optimise SQL Server databases, write complex queries and manage relational structures.
• Participate in architecture and technical design discussions for scalable, service‑oriented systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an Agile/SCRUM environment.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues and support deployments on Windows and Linux.
• Maintain source control and CI/CD pipelines using Git, Azure DevOps or TFS.

Required profile

• Strong experience with C#.NET Core, WCF, Web API and SQL Server (2016/2019).
• Solid understanding of relational database design and complex SQL queries.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an onsite team.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
