Senior Consultant – Freelance AI Project (Top‑Tier Strategy Firms)

About the role

We are looking for experienced strategy consultants from leading firms to help design realistic consulting scenarios that will train advanced AI systems. This is a remote, project‑based freelance position focused on translating real‑world consulting engagements into structured learning environments.

Key responsibilities

• Build detailed consulting project environments, including industry context, financial data, constraints, and incomplete information.
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimisation, growth strategy, operational diagnosis and benchmarking.
• Define evaluation criteria, grading frameworks and golden‑answer solutions to calibrate an LLM‑based grading system.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems, build financial models or market analyses, and deliver client‑ready recommendations under time pressure.
• Comfort with forming and defending recommendations in uncertain situations.
• No deep technical background required; onboarding on lightweight tools will be provided.
