About the role

The Travel Group is seeking a Senior After‑Hours Corporate Travel Consultant to provide high‑touch support and seamless travel solutions for VIP corporate clients. Based in Gauteng, South Africa, you will work on urgent requests around the clock, ensuring exceptional service for our most demanding customers.

Key responsibilities

Respond to urgent client requests 24/7 and provide immediate assistance.
Manage end‑to‑end booking processes, including itinerary planning and ticketing.
Maintain service excellence by monitoring travel arrangements and resolving issues promptly.

Required profile

Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate travel consulting.
Strong knowledge of international fares and booking systems.
Calm, confident problem‑solver with exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
